What this is
A permissionless launchpad on Base. Anyone can deploy a coin with its own bonding curve; it trades on that curve until enough quote comes in, then graduates into a Uniswap v4 pool. Nobody reviews, vets or endorses a coin before it launches — creation is open by design, the same way a token deploy on any chain is open.
What this is not
Not investment advice, not a securities offering, not an endorsement of any coin created here. A coin's price reflects what people are willing to pay for it, not a claim on revenue, equity or any underlying asset. Nothing here is vetted for legitimacy, and a name or picture is exactly what its creator chose to upload — not a review of the project behind it.
How the curve prices a coin
Every coin shares the same shape: a bonding curve that gets more expensive as more of it sells, priced and paid for in USDC. A 1% fee applies to every buy and sell. The creator receives no coins and no exemption from the first-ten-minutes cap — they earn from that same 1% fee instead, 70% of it, for as long as the coin trades, on the curve and later in its pool.
Graduation and locked liquidity
Once a curve raises its target, anyone may graduate it: this opens a Uniswap v4 position sized to the curve's own closing price, and locks it. There is no function anywhere in this system that removes that liquidity — not for the creator, not for us. A curve stops accepting quote once it is 5% past its target, which bounds how much the last buyer in can move the price the pool opens at.
The first ten minutes
A new coin caps what one wallet may put in for its first ten minutes, to blunt a snipe in the opening blocks. This is a per-wallet cap, not protection against someone using several wallets — it raises the cost of sniping the first blocks, it does not remove it.
No professional audit
This code has not been reviewed by a professional smart-contract auditor. It has been read closely, tested and fuzzed, and independent AI models have reviewed it as a second opinion — none of that is a substitute for a paid audit or a bug bounty, and none of it is a guarantee against an undiscovered bug.
Risk
Sending funds here can lose them entirely — to a coin nobody keeps buying, to a bug nobody caught, or to a creator who abandons a project after launch. Only put in what you can afford to lose, and treat every coin on this pad as unvetted until you have looked into it yourself.
